You're greeted when you enter the store, when you board an escalator, when you get off the escalator, when you go to the restroom... You are a valued customer from beginning to the end of your visit. And poking in and out of the many stores in a pedestrian-friendly mall as depicted in this drawing was an experience I'll never forget.
